Meizhu Resort

The Meizhu Hotel (Hangzhou Meizhu Dujiacun) is situated in the Tea Culture Village of Meijiawu. West Lake and the Qiantang River are to the east, the Temple of Soul’s Retreat (Lingyin Si), Northern Peak and the Shang Tianzu Temple are to the north, while the Hangzhou Zhijiang National Tourist and Holiday Resort, Song Dynasty Town, “Cloud stay in Bamboo”(Yunqi Shijin) and the Future World Theme Park are to the south. Finally, the highway circumventing Hangzhou lies to the west.Located in Mejiawu, home of Longjing tea, the hotel is surrounded by streams and mountains covered with tea plantations. The hotel has hosted former Chairman Jiang Zemin and his wife as well as former Prime Minister Zhou Enlai and offers various room types including deluxe suites and single rooms. A Chinese restaurant, a Western restaurants and a teahouse provide guests with ample dining options. There are six conference rooms, a multifunctional hall, a business center, a shopping mall and recreational facilities in the hotel.
